“Knowbot” means the LLM-based AI assistant of that name provided by the Mike Hudson Foundation (“MHF”, “our”, “we”) examples of which are accessible via www.knowbot.uk and the various nonprofits we work with. Knowbot and www.knowbot.uk collectively are the “Service”.

The Service has been made available exclusively via this website and the website(s) of invited organisations.

If you are not an invitee or a user of an invitee PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

Both our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service are updated fairly frequently. We encourage you to review them periodically.

Please remember that we and our partners will use AI to process any conversations between you and Knowbot, and may monitor conversations subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Restrictions in Test Period

In addition to any restrictions of use in our Terms of Service, during any testing or evaluation period the Service may only be used by employees of an organisation we have authorised to test/evaluate Knowbot. Any such use must be exclusively via www.knowbot.uk, for the purpose of testing/evaluating Knowbot, and subject always to our Terms of Service.

Limitations

By using the Service you understand and accept that for the duration of any testing or evaluation period, and thereafter, Knowbot will from time to time have shortcomings including (for example and without limitation) bugs, errors and the provision of incorrect information, and that it will sometimes be slow, unreliable or unavailable or fall short in other respects.

Whilst we try to keep the Service up and running smoothly we do not guarantee to do so. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the Service for any purpose, and any reliance you place on the Service is therefore strictly at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we take no responsibility for any shortcomings in the Service and shall not be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the Service.
